Israel Says It Beat Attack by North Korean Cyber Group Under U.S. Sanctions

TEL AVIV—Israel explained Wednesday that it thwarted a North Korean cyber group’s attempt to steal sensitive details from main protection firms in the nation.

Israel’s Defense Ministry discovered the group as Lazarus and explained it is backed by a foreign nation, although it didn’t name North Korea.
